We have added and upgraded a few of the functions in the Job Seeker mobile app to make it easier for you to use.
Some of the new features include:
- a new dashboard
- shortcut buttons
- a frequently used pages section
- the ability to transfer providers for DES participants

Here are a few of the new features and updates. If you don’t already have the app, you can download it for Apple or Android devices now.
myGov PIN
You can now use a PIN instead of a user name and password to login to myGov.

When you log in to myGov you’ll be asked to create a PIN.
You can sign in using the PIN for all your logins, unless someone else uses the same app on your phone. If this happens, you’ll need to use your username and password again.
New dashboard features
Your dashboard has been redesigned so you don’t miss any important information.

You now have a Frequently Used section showing the pages you use the most.
We’ve added a shortcut bar at the bottom of your screen so you can easily get back to your Home, Dashboard, Resume and Career Profile pages.
Upload pictures of your job search

Upload a pictures as proof of your job search effort.
Take a photo with the camera on your phone or choose a picture in your phone library and add it as evidence. You can use one picture for multiple jobs.
Disability Employment Service users
Eligible Disability Employment Service users can now change their providers via the app.
The Transfer Provider page will let you know if you’re eligible and how many transfers you have.
